30 DAY GUARANTEE
At Sky Blue Bands we pride ourselves in guaranteeing that every one of our customers are100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days from shipment date for a full merchandise refund.
To Return or Exchange an item:
Item must be returned undamaged and in the original condition it was received within 30 days of shipping date. Items must exhibit no signs of being worn or mistreated and with security tag intact.
Email returns@skybluebands.com with a request for a return/exchange. We will email you back an authorization number and shipping address. Please include this number when returning the item.
When packaging the item, place the ring with original packaging and the yellow copy of the invoice in a box (if you do not have a box available, you can get one at the post office).
Send the package by registered mail and insured for the full amount of the invoice to the address given to you. For theift reasons, please do NOT write Sky Blue Bands, jewelry, ring, or other related words anywhere on the package.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and special orders require additional time and labor to manufacture. In order to cover the additional cost of creating a custom piece, we charge a 20% fee when returning or exchanging a custom/special ordered ring.
RETURNS
When we receive the shipment we will review the ring to ensure that it is in its original, unworn, unalterd condition with security tag intact. A full merchandise refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of acceptable returns, less original shipping cost.
EXCHANGES

We will not accept any items that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the consumer or due to improper packaging. We are in no way responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
